Nice and Simple, but some really annoying bugs

I like this app because it allows me to have something on when I am slogging through a pile of documents, or doing research, etc. The fact that it floats above and is transparent is really nice. I can have netflix on in a tiny little transparent window and it is not intrusive.

Unfortunately, there is a bug I submitted through their website which has had no fix or answer - if you hide the dock icon, you lose access to the preference (so you cannot un-hide the dock icon, so you cannot access the preferences menu again). You would think this flaw in logic would have been noticed during testing. Whatever the case, the reason I am writing here is because their website says they will respond to you in 48 hours and it has been almost 2 weeks.

So a neat little app, 1 silly little bug and absolute garbage support equals 3 stars.
